- Legitimate interests – we’re collecting or using your information because it benefits you, our organisation or someone else, without causing an undue risk of harm to anyone. All of your data protection rights may apply, except the right to portability. Our legitimate interests are:
- We provide our members with training and workshop opportunities as part of membership, which are sent via Email. You are free to opt out.

Where we get personal information from
We only get information directly from you, when you sign up to become a member, or sign up to our mailing list.
How long we keep information
We store your information for as long as you are a member, plus 2 years after that in order for you to sign up again if needed. Alternatively, you can request for us to remove your data immediately at any given time in that 2 year period, once you are no longer a member.
Who We Share Information With
We never share your data with third parties without your consent (e.g. during an allegation.) However, we do utilise two third parties at sign up and point of payment, that you agree to use when signing up. These third parties are there to provide functionality, and only store the relevant data to provide their services to Us, and to You as a Customer.

We have a joint controller relationship with Memberstack. We process your personal information with that joint controller for the following reason:
- Memberstack provide our user accounts and login service. Data is used to provide users with a login to our website.

We also have a joint controller relationship with Stripe Inc. We process your personal information with that joint controller for the following reason:
- Stripe provide our payment platform in order to process and take subscription payments for our service.
